OUR CURRENT CHARGES
NO FIX NO FEE
No callout fee for calls within a five mile radius of Compumends office premises. For greater distances there will be a callout fee of £10 - £15
There is a minimum charge of £30.00 for one hour
In this hour your problem will either be resolved or you will be advised what the fault is and the total cost of the repair
Any further time is charged at £15.00 per half hour
If our engineer states that he is unable to resolve the problem you don't pay a penny
We will attempt to give an approximate cost of repairs based on information given at the initial enquiry
Free estimates given for the setting up of wired or wireless networks, installation of a new computer etc
